ci: run_ci: handle if the git dir isn't named zephyr For cases like zephyr-test or for other reasons the repo dir might not be called zephyr. Just use the basename of the dir instead of assuming its called zephyr. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <kumar.gala@linaro.org>
