scripts: kconfig: Extend the assignment-failed warning - Tailor the warning when the symbol has no prompt, explaining how promptless symbols get values. Add some anti-select propaganda too. - Reference the 'Setting configuration values' in the Board Porting Guide. It explains Kconfig.defconfig files.
