drivers: Remove CONFIG_PINCTRL in defconfig files The CONFIG_PINCTRL setting is removed from the board _defconfig files. And "select PINCTRL" is added to the appropriate driver files. Signed-off-by: Bill Waters <bill.waters@infineon.com>
