runners: jlink: silence commander output by default This is really verbose, and I doubt anyone cares unless there is a problem. Keep it around when run as 'west -v flash' to allow for debugging, though. Signed-off-by: Martí Bolívar <marti.bolivar@nordicsemi.no>
