boards: mec2016evb_assy6797: Remove unneeded board.h This is a vestiage of how board ports use to work, we have since removed the need for board.h to exist on all board ports. Remove the file since its not needed and doesn't do anything useful. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <kumar.gala@linaro.org>
