hal: nxp: Pull in fix for NXP LPC platforms Update west.yml to get fix to include building fsl_common_arm.c as its needed by part of the HAL. (Watchdog driver fails to build without this). Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <kumar.gala@linaro.org>
