Pass --deduplicate-entry-values in busybox aapt2 optimize
When collapsing resource names, AAPT2 recommends passing
--deduplicate-entry-values to deduplicate pairs of resource entry and value
for simple resources. This allows storing the same resource value only
once in the resource table, reducing APK size.
