RAM Tracing Snippet (ram-tracing)

Overview
********

This snippet enables CTF Tracing using the RAM backend.

After connecting to the target in GDB, you can dump the RAM tracing data to a
binary file:

Using `Babeltrace`_, you can view the binary file as a CTF trace:
