Cadence/Xtensa: Enabling XT_USE_L2RAM overrides PRIVILEGED_DATA (#32)

- Removed portMOVE_PRIVILEGED_DATA config option after updates to mpu_wrappers.h
- Improvement suggested via FreeRTOS-Kernel PR #1433
